You can book a pet behaviour consultation or free discovery call through our online booking calendar below. If you’d like to pay in instalments, please request an invoice to be emailed to you. Alternatively, you may be able to pay us directly through your pet insurer — you will then receive a promo code so you can book below.
Consultations and follow-up sessions can be held virtually or in your home. If you are more than 20 miles from one of our locations, there is an additional £2/mi charge for the return journey. Please choose a behaviourist local to you.

By proceeding with the booking and making a payment through this page, you agree to appoint Second Nature Behaviour to provide animal behaviour counselling using the services you select, on the published Key Facts and Terms and Conditions of Business (or as previously sent to you if you are an existing client). Your service starts from the date you pay the fee. Booking data is encrypted and processed in accordance with the Pabau Privacy Policy.
Your legal right to change your mind (“cooling-off rights”): for contracts entered into at a distance you have a right to cancel within 14 calendar days — see the Terms and Conditions for how, and for what happens if the service has already begun at your request.
Cancellations and re-scheduling: without at least seven days’ notice we cannot refund the session paid for, and replacement sessions are charged at current rates — see the Key Facts of your chosen service.
Free discovery calls are an informal 15-minute conversation to help you understand our services — a service information call, not a clinical appointment, so we’re not able to provide specific behaviour or training advice during the call.
